The Lagniappe Program is your opportunity to customize your New Orleans Hornets experience. Earn reward points every year based on tenure and investment. New to the program this year is the opportunity to roll points over and accrue new points throughout the 2011-12 season. We will roll over half of your remaining points (up to 10,000) and add that to your new total. With those points you can select from a list of events, experiences and gifts.

TICKET FORWARDING
If you are unable to attend a game, save your family, friends or business clients the hassle of waiting in line at will call. Now you can email your tickets to anyone - up to two hours prior to the start of the game. They will simply print out the attached file which is a valid New Orleans Hornets ticket.

The Hornets have partnered with a number of local charities to allow members of the community to experience the excitement of a Hornets game. If you can't attend a game, consider donating your tickets. Please make all donations 48 hours prior to tip-off so that they can get in the hands of a Hornets fan.

LOST OR STOLEN TICKETS
Season Ticket Holders who lose their tickets can have them reprinted each game at the box office. Ticket holders must include the exact seat location and account number when requesting replacement tickets and only the Season Ticket Holder of record is eligible to do so. In order to avoid box office lines, we strongly recommend the use of the ticket forwarding program to email the tickets to yourself or the person you are giving them to.
Stolen tickets that have been purchased through the New Orleans Hornets will be replaced upon submission of a police report detailing the theft.
SEASON TICKET SERVICE
The New Orleans Hornets take pride in providing you with world-class service. Your dedicated Hornets account representative will be available to answer your questions from Monday - Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:30 PM as well as during all New Orleans Hornets home games. You may reach your representative by calling 504-525-HOOP during those hours or you may stop by the service centers located outside Sections 123 and 302 during all Hornets home ames.
BOX OFFICE AND WILL CALL LOCATION AND HOURS
The Box Office is located on the ground level of the Arena off of Girod Street in the Northwest corner of the building. Will Call is in the main box office lobby.
The Box Office opens at 9:00 AM on weekdays. On weekend gamedays the box office will open three hours before the scheduled tip-off. Will Call will open two hours before tip-off. The Box Office and Will Call close at the end of halftime on gamedays and 4:30 PM on weekdays when the Hornets are not playing a home game. If you need to visit the Box Office for any reason, we suggest arriving early to avoid lines and congestion close to tip-off time.
The auxiliary Box Office is located in section 108 and is open until the end of the third quarter. At this box office you can purchase additional tickets to all arena events including future New Orleans Hornets games.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Cans, bottles, coolers, or containers of any kind
- Video cameras or professional cameras (cameras with lenses over 6 inches will be considered professional)
- Laser pens or laser products of any kind
- Flags/signs with poles
- Fireworks
- Any type of food or beverage, including unopened bottles of water or soda
- Backpacks or oversized handbags
- Weapons or contraband of any kind
- Animals or pets (except those assisting ADA patrons)
- Any other items determined as unacceptable by the New Orleans Arena
HORNETS NEST MERCHANDISE STORE HOURS
The Hornets Nest merchandise store is located inside the New Orleans Arena and sells official New Orleans Hornets merchandise, including the same Adidas gear worn by the Hornets players. The store is accessible from the Girod Street entrance on non-game days. Store hours are as follows:
- Tuesday - Friday from 11:00am - 5:00pm
- Saturday from 11:00am - 3:00pm
- Sunday and Monday - open on game nights only

With the "My Hornets Account" online ticket manager, you can update your personal information and get the most out of your season ticket investment by forwarding tickets to friends, donating them to charity or selling your tickets when you can't attend a game.

1) Enter your Account ID or e-mail address and password* in the fields at the top of this page
2) Click "Submit"

Updating your contact information:
1) Log in to your Hornets Account at the top of this page
2) Under the Account Settings menu, click on "Edit Personal Profile"
3) Change, add or update your name, e-mail address, mailing address or phone numbers
4) Click "Update Account" to save
Paying an invoice online:
1) Log in to your Hornets Account at the top of this page
2) Under the Invoices menu, click on "View/Pay Open Invoice"
3) Select the invoice you wish to pay and click "Continue"
4) View the items included in the invoice and the outstanding balance and click "Pay Invoice Now"
5) Enter or verify your billing information and credit card type, number and expiration date
6) Enter your credit card ID number and click "Continue"
7) Print the Payment Confirmation page for your records
Forwarding Tickets:*
1) Log in to your Hornets Account at the top of this page
2) Click on "Manage Tickets"
3) Select the game and specific seats you'd like to forward and click "Forward"
4) Enter the recipient information (name, e-mail address, personal message) and Continue
5) Verify the recipient information and click "E-mail tickets" **
* Once you have forwarded your tickets, the original tickets will NO LONGER BE VALID for entry
** The recipient will receive an e-mail with the tickets attached as a PDF document. They simply open the PDF and print the tickets.

1) Log in to your Hornets Account at the top of this page
2) Click on "Manage Tickets"
3) Select the game and specific seats you want to print and click "Forward"
4) Enter your own name and e-mail address in recipient information and Continue
5) Verify the recipient information (your own info) and click "E-mail tickets"
6) You will receive an e-mail with the tickets attached as a PDF file – simply open and print!

Selling Tickets via TicketExchange:
1) Log in to your Hornets Account at the top of this page
2) Click on "Manage Tickets"
3) Select the game and specific seats you'd like to sell and click "Sell"
4) Enter an expiration date and posting price for your posting. Posting price rules are listed on the Posting page. Click "Continue"
5) Verify that your selling information is correct and click "Post Tickets for Sale"
Within minutes, your tickets will be posted on the New Orleans Hornets TicketExchange. If the ticket(s) sell, your account will be credited and your original ticket will NO LONGER BE VALID. (NOTE: Do not destroy or discard your original tickets until sale of the tickets has been confirmed.)
Tickets will be sent electronically to the buyer via TicketFast.
Tickets for events that have already occurred or tickets that do not have a valid barcode or are designated as ineligible by the Hornets may not be valid for posting on TicketExchange.
Donating Tickets:*
1) Log in to your Hornets Account at the top of this page
2) Click on "Forward your tickets to charity"
3) Select the seats you want to donate and click "Forward"
4) Under "Forwarding Method" choose "Donate Tickets to Charity" and then "Continue"
5) You will see the Recipient Name of Volunteer Group Donations and Recipient E-mail Address of donatetickets@hornets.com
6) Verify the information and click "Donate Tickets"
7) Print the confirmation page for your records
