Career Highlights: Spent his first two seasons (2001-2003) playing for Uniks Kazan's second team in Russia's Higher League, the country's third division. Moved up to the senior team in 2003-04 and played for the squad for two seasons in Russia's top league. Joined Dynamo St. Petersburg for the 2005-06 season. Participated in Russian National Team camp in 2005. A representative on the U-20 Russian National Team at the 2004 European Championship for U-20 Men and the U-21 team in the Global Games.

(2005-06): Joined top Russian club Dynamo St. Petersburg. Averaged 4.4 points and 2.4 rebounds in 15.3 minutes per game in the Russian Superleague A and 2.4 points and 1.8 rebounds in the FIBA Europe Cup.

(2004-05): Averaged 6.5 points and 3.0 rebounds in 16.0 minutes per game for Uniks Kazan in the Russian Superleague A and 4.9 points and 2.0 rebounds in 12.6 minutes in the FIBA Europe League (now known as FIBA Europe Cup).

(2003-04): After two years on Uniks Kazan's junior team, moved up to the senior team. Averaged 3.5 points in Russian Superleague A play and 2.4 points in the FIBA Europe League. In January 2004, joined Russian Superleague A team Euras Ekaterinburg and averaged 23.0 points, 6.1 rebounds, 3.6 assists and 2.1 assists in the domestic play, but the team went just 2-22. Averaged 15.8 points, 5.8 rebounds and 2.3 assists on the Russian U-20 National Team at the Global Games. At the U-20 European Championship, posted 12.8 points and 4.8 rebounds in 27.2 minutes per outing over six games.
