Originally an early entry candidate for the 2005 NBA Draft before withdrawing his name from consideration.
Career Highlights: A Baltic League All-Star in 2006 and LKL All-Star in 2004. Competed at the Reebok Euro Camp (U-18) in Treviso, Italy in 2003. Has spent the last three seasons with Zalgiris Kaunas.
(2005-06): Contributed 13.8 points and 7.3 rebounds in 24.4 minutes per game for Zalgiris Kaunas in the LKL and 10.7 points and 7.1 rebounds in 24.6 minutes per game in the Euroleague. In Baltic League action, averaged 12.6 points and 6.5 rebounds in 22.5 minutes a night.
(2004-05): Averaged 10.5 points and 5.5 rebounds in 22.2 minutes per game for Zalgiris Kaunas in the LKL and 6.2 points and 4.2 rebounds in 18.8 minutes in the Euroleague. Posted 12.8 points and 8.6 rebounds in the U-21 European Championships for Lithuania. Entered the drafted but later withdrew his name from consideration.
(2003-04): Competed in his first season for Zalgiris Kaunas, averaging 8.9 points and 5.1 rebounds in 18.3 minutes a night in the LKL, and 4.6 points and 2.9 rebounds in 13.4 minutes in the Euroleague. Led the U-20 European Championships in rebounding (12.1 rpg) in addition to posting 12.5 points per game for Lithuania. Averaged 12.3 points and 9.6 rebounds at the World Junior Championships in Greece.
(2002-03): Averaged 20.0 points, 12.3 rebounds and 1.5 blocks per game for LKKA-Zalgiris in the LKAL (Second Division), earning MVP.
