Career Highlights: Earned Second Team All-Mountain West Conference honors as a senior. Also earned All-District honors from the NABC and USBWA. Named Honorable Mention All-Conference as a junior. Finished collegiate career as UNLV’s seventh all-time shot blocker (120) and 11th all-time rebounder (668). Recorded 15 career double-doubles. Is the only player in Mountain West Conference history to have two career games of at least 20 points and 20 rebounds. Sat out the 2002-03 season as a medical redshirt.
Senior (2005-06): Led team in scoring (14.3 ppg), rebounding (8.6 rpg, third in the MWC), and blocked shots (1.3 bpg). Recorded nine double-doubles, including a 22-point, season-high 21-rebound performance vs. Hawaii. Scored 20 or more points seven times, with a career-high 25 points at Oklahoma State. Registered 15 points and 17 rebounds at Oregon State. Posted 19 points and 13 rebounds vs. Texas Tech. Tallied 14 points, 12 rebounds, and a career-high six blocked shots at TCU. Recorded 24 points vs. Utah.
Junior (2004-05): Averaged 7.8 points, 5.7 rebounds, and 1.4 blocked shots. Ranked sixth in the conference in rebounding, fifth in blocked shots, and fourth in field goal percentage (.561). Posted five double-doubles. Scored a season-high 22 points and set a Mountain West Conference single-game record by pulling down a career-high 22 rebounds at Auburn. Registered a 15-point, 12-rebound double-double at Utah and garnered 12 points and nine rebounds in the rematch. Scored 13 points and grabbed nine rebounds vs. Colorado State.
Sophomore (2003-04): Averaged 4.5 points and 4.1 rebounds in 16.1 minutes a contest. Started the first eight games of the season. Scored in double figures four times, with a season-high 15 points at Colorado State. Posted a double-double of 10 points and a season-high 12 rebounds vs. Western Illinois. Led team with eight rebounds vs. California.
Freshman (2001-02): Averaged 2.8 points and 2.3 rebounds in 10.5 minutes a contest. Scored in double figures three times, with a season-high 13 points vs. DePaul. Tallied 12 points vs. Utah and 11 points vs. Florida International.
Strengths: Tenacious rebounder at both ends of the floor. Has long arms and good leaping ability.
Personal: Graduated in May of 2005 with a bachelor’s degree in University Studies with areas of study in English and Philosophy and is working towards a second Bachelor’s in Finance.
