Career Highlights: Ranks as Mississippi State’s all-time winningest player, having helped lead MSU to a four-year composite record of 92-35 (.724), including three consecutive NCAA Tournament appearances. Was a two-time All-SEC selection, who finished his career ranked 12th in the school’s all-time scoring list (1,300), fourth in steals (161), 10th in assists (301) and second in three-pointers made. Averaged 10.0 points and 4.0 assists at the 2004 Portsmouth Invitational Tournament.

Senior (2003-04): Named to All-SEC First Team by the coaches and AP. Ranked 13th in the conference in scoring (15.0 ppg), third in assists (4.8 apg) and sixth in steals (1.9 spg). Was a finalist for the inaugural Bob Cousy Collegiate Point Guard of the Year award. Member of the USBWA All-District IV Team. Scored in double figures 27 times with four 20-point efforts. Hit six three-pointers and scored 20 points against Kentucky. His 71 three-pointers made rank fourth in MSU’s career single-season chart. Tallied 20 points and eight assists against Alabama. Dished out nine assists against Monmouth and Georgia.

Junior (2002-03): Named to the All-SEC Third Team by AP. Finished second on the team in scoring (14.6 ppg, 13th in SEC). Finished seventh in the conference in steals (1.8 spg). Also averaged 3.8 rebounds and 3.0 assists. Averaged a team-high 17.7 points in the SEC Tournament. Scored a career-high 26 points in a tourney win over LSU. Made 70 three-pointers to tie for the fifth-best single-season total in school history. Scored in double figures 26 times with six 20-point efforts. Scored 25 points against Auburn.

Sophomore (2001-02): As the team’s sixth-man, finished as the third-leading scorer (10.6 ppg). Ranked ninth in the SEC in three-point field goal percentage (36.8%). Scored in double figures 15 times, including a season-high 24 points against Alabama. Averaged 12.0 points in postseason play (SEC and NCAA Tournaments).

Freshman (2000-01): Averaged 2.5 points in limited minutes as a true freshman. Scored a season-high nine points against Georgia.

Strengths: Played both guard spots at Mississippi State. Excels in transition, where he uses his athleticism to run the floor and finish plays. A good defender and hard worker.
